Manoj Bajpayee’s chilling performance in Makhija Film’s Joram has gathered International attention as the actor wins an award for Best Actor at the Durban Film Festival. The movie Joram, also won an award for Best Cinematography as well. The film is now being celebrated as a true cinematic masterpiece.

Zee planning to release Joram soon
Manoj Bajpayee shared in an interview after the win that, ‘Getting an award on such a huge platform like the prestigious Durban Film Festival is itself an opportunity to be proud of.’ Joram is directed and written by Devashish Makhija and is produced by Zee Studios. The actor revealed that the most terrifying scene he had to shoot for the film was the scene where he had to run with a baby in his hand. He had to maintain his character and as well as ensure the baby’s safety while doing so. He is eager for the film to release in India soon as he wants to see the reactions of the Indian audience.

The movie features Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role. Actors like Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub and Tannishtha Chatterjee will be seen along with the actor. The story is framed about a father who is tormented and disturbed from a past action, he decides to run along with his little baby girl from the people who’re trying to cause harm to him. Manoj will next be seen as he will reprise his role of a cop in Zee 5’s Silence along with Sahil Vaid, Prachi Desai and Vaquar Shaikh in the lead roles.
