The list of nominees for the International Emmy Awards 2023 has been released. This list was announced on September 26 and includes nominations for 56 persons from 20 different countries in 14 different categories. The Indian entertainment sector has also been recognized by the nominees, which is unique. Because of this, celebrities are overjoyed. This year, Bollywood stars Shefali Shah, Jim Sarbh, and comedian Vir Das have been nominated for the International Emmy Awards.
The International Emmy Awards 2023 will be hosted in New York on November 20th of this year. For their OTT programs, Shefali Shah and Jim Sarbh have been nominated for Best Performance.

Shefali Shah and Jim Sarbh have been nominated for the category of Best Performance Actors. Shefali has been nominated for the Netflix series Delhi Crime as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi. Jim, on the other hand, has been nominated for the series Rocket Boys. He portrayed Dr. Homi Jahangir Bhaba in this series who is also known as the father of India’s nuclear program.

Veer Das is a well-known comedian. He was nominated for his Netflix show Veer Das: Landing. Along with Vir Das, Le Flambeau from France, El Encargado from Argentina, and Derry Girls Season 3 from the United Kingdom have all been nominated.
Ekta Kapoor will be honoured
Ekta Kapoor, a filmmaker, will be honoured at the International Emmy Awards. He will get the prestigious International Emmy Directorate Award.
