The show will air its Navratri special episode today and guess who decided to add to the celebration; the nation’s favorite yoga guru, Swami Ramdev. The promo depicts the prominent yoga leader in his signature saffron robes greeting everyone with sheer humility.

The country’s favorite talent show has completed a 14-year-long journey since 2009. For 14 years the show has provided the grandest stage to some of the most deserving candidates from India with extraordinary talents. Currently, the jury of the show comprises Shilpa Shetty, Kirron Kher, and Badshah. On the occasion of Navratri, the show will air its special episode tonight which will be blessed with the presence of the special guest, Swami Ramdev.
In the promo video, Baba Ramdev appears in his usual saffron ascetic attire. The first thing that he is seen doing is giving Navratri greetings to everyone humbly with joint hands. The highlights depict Baba’s unbelief at several of the acts performed. Meanwhile, the promo also shows us a glimpse of Shilpa Shetty praising the guru. Shilpa who herself follows yoga very religiously said, “Yoga ko punar janam Baba Ramdev ne hi diya hai.” What’s more to it is, Baba didn’t simply remain as a guest on the show while sitting in a corner, in fact, he joined several of the presenters in their breathtaking acts.

Netizens’ reactions to the promo
The promo of the Navratri special episode was dropped by Sony TV Official on Instagram which garnered a lot of attention from the netizens. The caption on the post read, “Yogrishi Swami Ramdev ji ne banaya India’s Got Talent ke Navratri special ko aur bhi anokha!” Several of the netizens loaded the comments section with ‘Jai Mata Di’ slogans. Others dropped heartfelt emojis.
