Mahira Khan, well known for her appearances in ‘Raees’ and ‘Humsafar,’ gets married for the second time. On Sunday, October 1, she married her close friend and businessman Salim Karim in a small wedding ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Several lovely photos and videos of the actress and her husband have surfaced on the internet.
Mahira Khan ties the knot with Salim Karim
Mahira Khan married businessman Salim Karim on October 1. She married Ali Askari earlier in 2007. However, the two split up in 2015. Azlan, Mahira and Ali’s 13-year-old son, is their only child.
Her manager Anushay and photographer Izzah Shaheen Malik both published photos from her magical wedding with Salim on social media. Mahira is seen in one of the videos heading down the aisle towards Salim as he becomes emotional and wipes his eyes. Before hugging her, Salim raises her veil and kisses her on the forehead. On her wedding day, Mahira looked lovely in a pastel lehenga with a veil. Salim, meanwhile, was seen wearing a black sherwani and a blue turban. The couple married in Murree, Pakistan, in an intimate ceremony.
