BTS ARMY Unleashes Fury on Rapper Badshah for Controversial Lyrics

BTS Army: BTS, a Korean boy band sensation comprising members V, Jin, Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope, Suga and RM, has made a colossal impact on the global music scene since its inception in 2010. Known for their passionate fan base, the ‘ARMY’, the band is now at the centre of a controversy involving Indian rapper Badshah, whose latest lyrics are considered insulting towards the band.

Badshah’s ‘Issa Vibe’ Sparks Fan Outrage

Badshah, who is known for his peppy numbers, seems to have stirred up a hornet’s nest with the release of his new track, ‘Issa Vibe’, featured in the film ‘Bloody Daddy’, headlined by Shahid Kapoor. The lyrics of the song, particularly a phrase where Badshah mentions BTS, have provoked a significant backlash from the ARMY. Fans believe the lyrics disrespect the globally acclaimed band, causing a ripple of discontent on social media platforms.

The controversial line, translating as “Your playlist has Bad Bunny and BTS, pretty woman, you want to drink beer every night”, has not gone down well with the ARMY. The term ‘biba’, or ‘pretty woman’, appears to have upset fans who have since taken to various social platforms to express their disappointment and to criticise Badshah.

Fans Express Discontent and Support for BTS

The online backlash has been swift and severe, with fans expressing their sentiments candidly. One of the fans highlighted, “Against BTS, singers like Badshah stand no chance.” Another one sarcastically noted, “Badshah included BTS in his lyrics! He knows where the hype comes from.”

Others voiced their unwavering support for BTS, with sentiments such as “We ARMY are always with you, BTS,” and “BTS are legends and no one can replace them.” Some fans accused Badshah of name-dropping BTS to garner popularity, while others assured the band that their fans understand that those who appear to hate BTS are merely envious of their worldwide fame and success.

As the controversy rages on, it’s clear that the loyalty and protectiveness of the BTS ARMY towards their beloved band remain unshaken. While awaiting an official statement from Badshah on this matter, we ask our readers: What are your views on Badshah’s lyrics referencing BTS?
