BTS’s Proof: Proof becomes the 11th album by BTS to be certified Silver by BRIT. The proof was an anthology album released a year ago on June 10th, 2022. The album was a big hit post its release. Overall BTS has released 6 studio albums, 7 compilation albums, and a track album. The fans are always kept in the loop with their consistent releases despite some of the members’ military duties. Proof is an anthology album making it a compilation of all the favourites where the tracks of the members’ works are also present. Upon its release, it was a mega-hit that sold over 2 million copies worldwide Moreover, it topped the charts in many countries including Korea. The album has already received many awards and accolades. It won the album of the year at the Seoul Music Awards. In addition to that it was also nominated for “Album of the Year” at the 2022 Genie Awards. The top tracks of this album are fan favorites, like Butter, Love Yourself, Fake Love, and so on.

BTS” Proof is set to be certified Silver in the UK, as announced on August 25th. As announced by the British Phonographic Industry, it is official that this anthology album by the group just got Silver BRIT certification in the UK. Although this is a huge achievement for the group, it is not the first time this has happened. This happens to be BTS’ 11th album to receive silver certification in the UK. The BRIT has three levels of certification, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Only one song has ever made the Platinum certification, Weeknd‘s Starboy.
Certifications in other countries
The album has been certified 3x Platinum in South Korea, 2x Platinum in Japan, and Platinum in France. Apart from this, it has been certified gold in New Zealand.
