Health Tips: Tamannaah Bhatia, the Indian actress is known for her incredible acting performances and breathtaking beauty. She has appeared in several Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films. Thus, despite her busy schedule, she does not skimp out on her diet and workout. Moreover, since her health issues, she has been more mindful about her diet. Apart from this, the actress strongly believes in self-care and keeps steers away from the hustle culture as much as possible.

Tamannaah Bhatia’s Workout

For her workouts, she enjoys slowing things down and being more mindful and intentional with her workouts. She does many types of workouts. However, her favorites are Cardio and Weight Training. Moreover, her secret to a toned body is consistency. At the same time, it keeps her health issues under control.

Cardio

Cardio helps the actress to burn calories and enhance metabolism in her body. She indulges in a few minutes of cardio before getting into intense workouts

Weight training

She is very passionate about weight training. Weight training helps strengthen the muscles, avoid injuries and is great for overall heart health.

Tamannaah Bhatia’s Diet

The actress recently switched to a completely vegetarian diet. Since her health condition, she had toned down a lot of fried food and sweets. However, she does not resist anything. Instead, she works out to burn those extra calories. Moreover, she eats 4-5 meals a day sometimes with portion control. Here is everything she eats from morning to night

Breakfast

She likes to have a smoothie bowl in the morning, mixed with granola. On top of this, she likes to add fresh fruits like berries or bananas and nuts like almonds and dates. Apart from this, she likes to have eggs, poached or in omelette form.

Lunch

For lunch, she likes to have a simple homemade Dal Chawal, with vegetables.

Nuts

She indulges in healthy snacking with roasted nuts

Dinner

For dinner, she eats eggs or South Indian delicacies like Idli or Dosa. Moreover, she enjoys a small bowl of yoghurt with every meal.
