Health Tips: Shahrukh Khan has often delighted the audience with his insane physique. This actor took a break after his 2018 film, Zero, which received mixed reviews. However, this actor made a grand re-entry with his 2023 movie, Pathaan. The film went on to break several records, coming out as a massive blockbuster. Shahrukh Khan plays a spy and he shows off his ripped physique in the movie. In this action movie, this 57-year-old actor had a perfect 8-pack, leaving the viewers in surprise. Post Pathaan, his second film of the year, Jawan was released on 7th September. Jawan is also an action movie with a lot of stunt sequences. Therefore, he had to stay fit for that role as well. Shahrukh Khan’s diet

Other than workouts, Shahrukh Khan follows a special diet that involves eating the same food throughout the year. He claims to eat things that are basic and nutritious. This Jawan actor has two meals a day and eats nothing in between. He eats lunch and dinner. That’s it. His meals include things like sprouts, chicken, lentils and broccoli. He said, “I eat a very normal diet. I eat twice a day. I don’t eat anything in between. I eat lunch and dinner,” I eat a lot of basic things like sprouts, grilled chicken, broccoli, and sometimes a few lentils,” Shahrukh Khan’s diet has a little bit of everything making it an ideal healthy diet for everyone. However, one should consult a nutritionist before starting a new diet.

Broccoli boosts immunity and can even prevent cancer. It also keeps other diseases like diabetes at bay while keeping the skin healthy.

Lentils

Lentils are also a great source of fibre. It is also low in calories. Moreover, it has other nutrients like folic acid and potassium that help keep the body strong.
