Malaika Arora

Malaika Arora, a fit and glamorous actress, has long been an animal rights activist. She participated in a PETA advertisement in 2007 while sporting white macaw-inspired attire and holding a banner that read, “Even the wildest of birds do not belong in circuses.” She adopted a vegan lifestyle more than ten years later, writing on Instagram that it “has changed my life.” Testing vegan cuisine has been difficult, but it has been well worth it, she continued.

Jacqueline Fernandez

Jacqueline Fernandez, an actress and model, frequently supports vegan and organic cuisine and has collaborated with PETA on several occasions. For instance, she joined the group in 2021 to promote Angora-free clothing. “No scarf or sweater is worth tormenting or killing a gentle rabbit,” she pointed out. She was also the recipient of PETA’s inaugural Digital Activism Award in 2018 and PETA India’s Woman of the Year in 2014.

Esha Gupta

Esha Gupta, an actress, has already worked with PETA and has spoken out about her plant-based diet on social media. Richa Chadha

Richa Chadha, an actor, producer, and political activist, is devoted to a vegetarian lifestyle. Initially, a vegetarian, the Bollywood actress finally made the decision to become a vegan after “getting sick” of dairy. “We are human beings—we are not meant to consume milk from another mammal,” she said to Vegan First. We are not designed to absorb anything that is so physically taxing.

Alia Bhatt

Actress Alia Bhatt, a vegan for three years, cares deeply about the environment and animal welfare. She even runs her own sustainability-focused website called Coexist, which is committed to promoting ethical consumption, animal welfare, and environmental protection.
