The series premiered on 17th June 2023 and the finale was streamed on August 14, 2023. Manisha Rani was among the four finalists who went into the finale, along with three other contestants, Pooja Bhatt, Elvish Yadav, and Abhishek Malhan. On 14th August, Elvish was deemed the winner of Bigg Boss OTT’s second season and the internet had all kinds of things to say about it.

Many fans took to the internet to express that the show was scripted or biased. In addition to that, they mentioned that the makers of Bigg Boss show favoritism to certain contestants. Therefore, a large number of viewers believed that the show showed partiality towards Elvish and neglected Abhishek Malhan, who should have been the actual winner. While the internet debates this, many have started to question the other contestants to gain the perspective of someone inside the show. One of those was Manisha Rani. In a clip posted by Viral Bhayani, this 29-year-old dancer and social media influencer was questioned by reporters whether the show was partial towards Abhishek.

Manisha addressed the reporter’s question and revealed that the accusations were untrue. She continued to say,” Although Abhishek did not win the title, he remains a winner by winning audiences’ hearts. She also mentions that Elvish was also well-liked by the viewers therefore, it cannot be said that Bigg Boss showed any kind of partiality towards or against anyone. “
