Mother-to-be Dipika Kakkar reveals the secrets of staying healthy during pregnancy, shares her diet plan

Dipika Kakkar doesn’t need any introduction. In her very first TV show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, She came to be known as ‘Simar’ in every household because of her tremendous performance and innocence. Dipika, who has been working in the TV industry for a long time, shared the joy of becoming a mother on January 22, 2023 with her fans. Since then Dipika may be away from TV but through her vlog she is sharing every little thing related to the pregnancy with her fans. Fans are also eager to know every personal and professional thing about their favorite actress.

In the journey of becoming a parent, husband Shoaib is not sparing any effort in taking care of Dipika. He is taking good care of Dipika’s cravings, mood swings, and all other problems during this period. To make her day special, Shoaib often surprises her by buying gifts or taking her on a date night. Both are enjoying this parenthood a lot.

She has been sharing her health updates, mood swings, cravings, diet plans and more with her fans since the beginning of the pregnancy so that other parents-to-be can enjoy this journey while staying healthy just like her.

The initial days of pregnancy were very tough for Dipika. She was not allowed to do much physical work. She was on complete bed rest. For the first three months, she only ate healthy home-cooked food from her mother or mother-in-law. Although Dipika balanced her eating plans and workouts. She really took great care of herself by following all the instructions given by her gynaecologist.

After three months, Dipika got some relief. However, she started having cravings and mood swings. She used to end her cravings from eating junk foods, but she also used to eat healthy food to get the right nutrients.

A lot of care has to be taken in the first three months and the last three of pregnancy. In the last trimester, along with eating and drinking, your physical strength also has to be taken good care of. 

For this, Dipika started working out as much as possible. Apart from this, she is now only eating homemade food. In the last stage of her pregnancy, she is doing everything that is necessary for the proper health of her and the unborn child.
