Many businesses were able to realize their aspirations thanks to the show. Shark Tank India season 3 is predicted to be as successful as the previous seasons. Shark Tank India 3 will include a new SHARK
On Saturday, SET India announced the newest member to the Shark Tank India family via their social media page. We were introduced to Ritesh Agarwal, who would be joining the show’s judge’s panel for the third season, as they sat in their chairs.

Who is Ritesh Agarwal?
Ritesh Agarwal is the founder and CEO of OYO Rooms. He is 29 years old and was born in a Marwari family in Bissam, Cuttack, Odisha. He spent his childhood in Titilagarh, Odisha. Ritesh completed his schooling in Rayagada and later continued his academic studies in Kota, Rajasthan at St. the Institute of John. In 2011, he moved to Delhi to pursue higher education but dropped out, and in 2013 he was selected for the Thiel Fellowship, founded by famous entrepreneur Peter Thiel. He started his entrepreneurial journey with a budget accommodation portal called Oravel Stays, which books budget hotels.
It was later accepted into the accelerator program by Venture Nursery in September 2012. In May 2013, Ritesh received a $100,000 grant from the Thiel Fellowship Program and started a company called OYO Rooms. In 2019, OYO Rooms, Agarwal bought shares in the company for $2 billion. According to the Huru Rich List 2020, Ritesh has an estimated net worth of approximately $1.1 billion (₹7,253 crore). On a personal note, Ritesh Agarwal got married to Geetansha Sood in March 2023, who is the Director of Formation Ventures Private Ltd.
